This Arch is 2 meter long and consists of a mix of 5″ and 11″ Black, Black with printed starts, Marble Black and Metallic Silver Latex Balloons. It also comes with a Silver Moon and a Silver Star foils.

What is also included:
– Balloon garland tape. (for assembly)
– Glue dots (for assembly)
– Detailed Instructions on How to Construct the Garland. There is a central length of balloon tape with holes in to pull and attach the inflated balloons. Believe it or not, these are not hard to assemble! Does not require any previous balloon handling or crafting experience.
