What is also included:
– Balloon garland tape. (for assembly)
– Glue dots (for assembly)
– Detailed Instructions on How to Construct the Garland and tips. There is a central length of balloon tape with holes in to pull and attach the inflated balloons. Believe it or not, these are not hard to assemble! Does not require any previous balloon handling or crafting experience.
